Dr. Geoff Medical Weight Loss Center, established in 1986, combines prescription medications, nutritional counseling and dietary supplements to help you achieve and maintain a safe and healthy weight.

          Geoffrey B. Monsour, M.D. is a full-time, board certified, family physician, with additional qualifications in geriatrics.  He is on staff at 3 area hospitals and 5 area nursing homes.  Dr. Geoff maintains medical practices in Greensburg, Pa., and in Irwin, Pa., as well as supervising weight loss programs in Irwin and Penn Hills.

          Our program includes:

               1. A seminar conducted by Dr. Geoff.

               2. Medication designed to control your appetite and eliminate fluid retention.

               3. Individualized meal planning and nutritional counseling.
